The Logica 147-01 is a 44.8-metre yacht produced by Logica Yachts in Viareggio in May 2014, and is also the Italian yard’s second outing.
What’s really interesting is the fact that her owner (a Canadian real estate and media tycoon) bought the Logica Benetti brand and was responsible for building the ship, then decided to take on the whole project himself.
One of the Logica’s most striking features is its vast interior space. The work was carried out by the British design company Martin Kemp design. The interiors have a modern, sophisticated feel, with a simple, elegant colour scheme comprising shades of ash grey, brown, gold and cream. A host of luxurious materials complete the picture, including beautiful oak flooring with stainless steel inserts surrounded by glass, and polished and lacquered ebony that further enhances the feeling of space. The accommodation is in the same vein: the six bedrooms (including a master suite, a VIP cabin and four guest cabins) are all well appointed, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
The outdoor facilities are quite impressive and provide an excellent setting for unforgettable moments in the middle of the ocean. This yacht also has a dining table with seating for up to 12 people and a partly shaded bar, but the place most likely to draw a crowd is the stunning 5.5-metre swimming pool on the main deck.
